Dr Carys Sonnenberg

Carys holds the British Menopause Society Advanced Certificate of Menopause care and Diplomas from the Royal College of Obstetrics & Gynaecology and the Faculty of Sexual & Reproductive Health. She is a member of the Royal College of General Practitioners, of the International and the British Menopause Society.

She is passionate about providing care in a clinic giving personalised, holistic advice, giving you knowledge about your hormonal health, and understanding to support your health and wellbeing now, and in the future. She is a highly experienced GP, and works both in the NHS and privately, at Rowena Health.

Fiona Hayers - Nutritional Therapist

Fiona is a qualified Nutritional therapist and health coach. She gained a distinction in Naturopathic Nutrition from the College of Naturopathic Medicine, London and completed a Health Coaching course. She is a member of the British Association for Applied Nutrition and Nutritional Therapy (BANT) and I am registered with the Complementary & Natural Health Care Council (CNHC).

She supports women through their hormonal journey, combining nutritional guidance, lifestyle strategies, supplement recommendations and targeted functional testing to address some of the root causes contributing to symptoms.

Claire Lorraine Leng - Reflexologist

Claire is a fully qualified and insured Reflexologist and a member of the Association of Reflexologists. I completed a Level 3 Diploma in Reflexology in central London and qualified in 2005 before starting her own practice.

She has a particular interest in women's health, menopause, emotional wellbeing, stress, anxiety and depression. Claire has also completed additional training in Reflexology for Menopause.
