I’m Fiona,

I am a qualified Nutritional therapist and health coach. I gained a distinction in Naturopathic Nutrition from the College of Naturopathic Medicine, London and completed a Health Coaching course with Zest 4 Life.

I am a member of the British Association for Applied Nutrition and Nutritional Therapy (BANT) and I am registered with the Complementary & Natural Health Care Council (CNHC). I am also currently working to complete a certificate in Integrative Sports Nutrition.

Why I can help you

I spent years working in finance; fuelled on adrenalin, sugar and caffeine. My first daughter was born prematurely, I suffered with poor digestion, weight loss, joint pain, hair loss, fatigue and early perimenopause symptoms, which I later learned were all made worse by my addiction to sugar.

Having lost my mother to breast cancer in her 60’s and my father to an auto-immune disease in his 50’s I realised I had to make some changes to my lifestyle if I were to live a longer, active and healthful life.

Working with a naturopath I was able to make a U-turn with my health. I suddenly felt in control of my health journey and no longer a passenger. Feeling empowered to help others make such positive changes to their health I also made a U-turn with my career, went back to being a student and qualified as a nutritional therapist and health coach. I have not looked back.

What I do

I know how hard it is to create new habits and leave behind the familiar patterns. I also understand that it is also not enough to know that some food and lifestyle choices are better than others. I know that you need continuous support to create changes that work for YOU which will last you your lifetime.

That’s why my packages contain both nutritional guidance to support your particular symptoms and health goals AND health coaching through regular one-to-one contact to help you keep moving at your pace along your individual journey until you feel confident to fly solo.
